The resources listed below have been developed by South West London’s infection network to help to optimise medicines use in residents across South West London to provide safe, quality, cost-effective care. National recommendations in National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) and UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) guidance are adapted for local use by a multi-disciplinary group comprising of primary care and secondary care clinicians, in light of local resistance patterns to reduce antimicrobial resistance.
